Presentation to Family support group at NAMI Lehi Valley PA on signs of suicide and what to do or say. This will start with a short presentation followed by questions, comments, and discussion.

Title: The Emotionally Naked Truth about Suicide: What Can We Do to Prevent It?

Description:  AnneMoss Rogers and her husband sought help for their son, Charles, a gifted rap artist battling depression. At age 20, Charles turned to drugs and alcohol and died by suicide in 2015.

In this presentation, AnneMoss will share what she wishes she knew and dispel common myths about suicide, while delivering straightforward information and a message of hope. This presentation will empower everyday people and clinicians with the skills to recognize warning signs in family members, co-workers, friends, and loved ones and what actions to take to help prevent this threat to life.
