How can you help spot students who might be at risk for suicide? What do you do if you feel like someone is at risk? How do you have difficult conversations? How do you find support?
From tips to talking to a person who is stressed and just needs to feel heard to a grief-stricken student or suicidal student or colleague, this presentation will empower educators on how to meet people where they are with compassion and without judgment.
You’ll get the words and the tools to be the bridge for struggling individuals to the support they need. You don’t have to fix this. But you can allow another human to feel seen and heard which is the greatest gift you can offer.
